You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong>
\n<\/span>For the Chicken:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup + 3 tablespoons Gotham Greens Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing, divided<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd teaspoon cumin<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Dash of salt and pepper<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \"\"For the Nachos:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1 (7.5-oz) bag Zack\u2019s Mighty Avocado Oil Sea Salt Tortilla Chips<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 cup black beans<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \u00bd pint cherry tomatoes, quartered<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \u00bd cup salsa <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \u00bc cup Gotham Greens Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \u00bc cup sliced green onions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 1 jalape\u00f1o, thinly sliced<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How to Make It:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Combine chicken, \u00bc cup of Gotham Greens Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing, cumin, salt, and pepper in an airtight container or storage bag. Shake well to coat chicken in dressing. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight to marinate.<\/span>\n

        <\/span><\/li>\n

      2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. <\/span>
        \n\"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and add the marinated chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes or <\/span>until a thermometer reads 165<\/span> degrees Fahrenheit<\/span> when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast<\/span>. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Shred chicken with forks or in the bowl of a stand mixer on low speed. Toss the shredded chicken with the remaining 3 tablespoons of Gotham Greens Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.<\/span>\n

      4. Add tortilla chips to a baking sheet. Top with the shredded chicken, cheese and black beans.<\/span>\n

      5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.\u00a0<\/span>\n

      6. Add the rest of the toppings (tomatoes, green onion, salsa and Gotham Greens Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing). Serve and enjoy!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
