In 2020,<\/span> we opened <\/span>a<\/span><\/span> greenhouse<\/span> at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora<\/span>, Colo.,<\/span> and we\u2019ve been proud to grow fresh, sustainable greens <\/span>in <\/span>the region ever since.<\/span> Our<\/span> new Colorado facility is nearly five times larger and <\/span>packed with <\/span>high-tech <\/span>features to con<\/span>serve <\/span>more energy<\/span> while growing more greens<\/span> \u2013 a <\/span>signif<\/span>i<\/span>cant <\/span>milestone in our <\/span>goal to <\/span><\/span>deliver fresh produce <\/span>within a day\u2019s drive from our greenhouses to 90% of consumers across the U.S. Our products are currently available in more than 6,500 <\/span>locations<\/span> nation<\/span>wide<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>including more than 250 stores throughout Colorado, such as Whole Foods Market, King Soopers, Sprouts Farmers Market, Leever\u2019s Locavore, Lucky\u2019s Market, Ideal Market, Choice Market and Tony\u2019s Market.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>A<\/span>nd we\u2019re not stopping there<\/span>!<\/span> <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you think of Colorado and sustainability, the Colorado River immediately comes to mind. With up to 80% of its water currently used for agriculture, the Colorado River\u2019s depleted reservoirs are at risk of falling to critically low levels. While the impacts of climate change in Colorado have led to persistent drought conditions, clean and safe water flowing across the state is vital to a healthy community and economy.\"\"<\/span>
