\"\"Pair those end of summer tomatoes with our dairy-free, flavor-packed version of classic Caprese. Our new Green Goddess Dip makes for the perfect mozz swap\u2014 and amplifies the basil for a refreshing touch. So, for those of you who tend to snatch extra basil leaves from the Caprese platter when no one’s looking, this one\u2019s for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>
\n1 package (6.5oz) Gotham Greens Green Goddess Dip
\n3-4 medium\/large heirloom tomatoes
\n1 package (1.25oz) Gotham Greens Basil
\nExtra Virgin Olive Oil
\nBalsamic Vinegar
\nSalt
\nPepper\"gotham<\/p>\n

Instructions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into \u00bc inch slices.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Lay the tomato slices on a platter or large plate, and sprinkle salt on top.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Place 1-2 basil leaves on top of each tomato slice.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Spread a tablespoon \u201cdollop\u201d of Green Goddess dip between each set of two tomatoes (these are your mozzarella replacements \u2013 feel free to add more or less to taste!)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Drizzle the entire plate with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Top with freshly ground pepper<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
